(RotoWire) Rouse was promoted to starting free safety Friday in place of C.C. Brown who struggled in coverage this season.

Analysis: Rouse isn't known for his coverage skills, either, but he can hardly be worse. Expect a fair amount of tackles and opportunities on pass plays Sunday.
