In the chat Coin Flip asked for price and bank balance info on the roster page.  It's helpful.  In order to do that here I had to set up a Salary Cap league.  I didn't know, so I didn't do so originally.  Now that I know, I did, but the following players are not being accounted for properly.

McFadden - Chaos
Derek Anderson - Hook
Gore and TO - sea wannabe
PManning - JEB
Bowe - Fro

Steve Smith and Duckboy's roster are correct, so I know it works.
It appears I need to delete all six unaccounted for winning auctions and restart them with the winning bid going to the right team, and everyone needs to just leave them be for 24 hours until they are back on their respective teams and properly accounted for.  I will seek a better solution, but may have to go this route.

I appreciate your committment to doing this, I guess I assumed it was a matter of just clicking a button.  It really is a helpuful tool overall while your auction is in progess.

Hey, its a Trial Mock, right?  If you decide you like this option you might want to use it on your real league you do and then it will be worth the extra work.  If you decide you dont like the option well, at least you will know if the question comes up that you didnt like it.

Didnt mean for this to become a problem.....hope it wasnt too much trouble.

Are you running an auction this year ...is that why you are doing a mock here?  Or are you in an auction and you just wanted some practice?  I am always up for an auction....Love em.

There was an easier way.  Not exactly the click of a button, but it's fixed and we have the information on the rosters page now.  Thanks for the request, it was bugging me before you mentioned it, and I am learning on the fly here.

To answer the questions.  I commish a local league that has a live auction.  I also commish a mirror image league online with different owners, and it uses a snake draft.  I would like to convert it to an auction.  The local league is my only money league, but it's fairly high stakes, $500.  So the online mirror image  league is a great tool for preparing for the money league.  If it was also an auction all the better.  The problem has been Fantasy Auctioneers' many flaws live, the schedule difficulties of getting everyone together, the flaws in slow auctions, etc, etc.  So I am trying to find out if MFL can be tweaked to the satisfaction of both leagues.

So far the answer is no.  This is inferior to what Xperts did for a few years and that wasn't good enough.  But that's okay.  Like you I am always up for a mock auction.  It's the best way to understand possible pricing in my money league later.  I think it gives me a little edge.  I will probably do another one when this is finished and call it MFL Experimental Auction... and it will be promoted with the idea that the rules will be tinkered with throughout the auction.   That might be hard to fill.  :-)
