Allowing pickup of players after the Thursday game as long as the player added did not play Thursday. 2. Also, this past season trading draft picks from future years required league dues paid for that season. Beginning next season you will only be required to pay 1/2 ($50) of next season's dues if you trade away picks. 3. FA's as part of the rookie draft. 4. Trading resuming January 1st instead of February 1st. | |
